Senior SCRUM Master

🚀 Hiring: Senior Scrum Master – Toronto (Onsite | OPS)

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master (5+ years) to lead Agile delivery for enterprise software development projects within a Government of Ontario initiative.

📍 Location: 40 St. Clair Ave W, Toronto
🏢 Onsite: 5 days/week
Duration: Contract

🔹 Must Have:
• 5+ years experience as a Scrum Master on software development teams
• Strong expertise in Scrum principles, Agile practices & sprint delivery
• Experience managing backlogs, sprints, and reporting using Azure DevOps
• Proven ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retros)
• Strong risk, issue, and stakeholder management skills

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Champion Agile adoption and ensure teams follow Scrum best practices
• Manage and monitor project backlogs within the Permission Enterprise Platform (PEP)
• Identify and mitigate risks before they impact delivery
• Coordinate across multiple scrum teams and stakeholders
• Provide executive-level reporting and steering committee updates
• Support forecasting, sprint goals, and burn-down reporting

🔹 Nice to Have:
• Experience with Java, Oracle, IBM BPM environments
• Public sector experience
• Knowledge of Azure pipelines & continuous delivery
