🔹 Role Overview
Lead design, implementation, and support of complex HR business processes in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, covering the end-to-end employee lifecycle, Time Management, integrations, and large-scale enterprise support.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions
Lead hire-to-retire employee lifecycle implementations
Configure workflows and business rules
Configure Time Management, including:
Time Off rules
Time Profiles
Time Types
Time Sheets
Time Objects
Gather requirements and deliver scalable EC solutions
Support and enhance EC integrations
Provide production support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements
Ensure compliance with HR best practices and data standards
🔹 Mandatory Skills
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification
Strong hands-on EC implementation experience
Expertise in employee lifecycle, workflows, and business rules
In-depth knowledge of Time Off & Time Management
Experience with EC integrations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
🔹 Nice to Have
Experience with SAP CPI / middleware integrations
Exposure to additional SF modules:
Time Tracking
Payroll
LMS
Large enterprise EC support experience
