Senior Salesforce Engineer

Role Summary
·        I am looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Engineer to join our technology team, focused on pioneering the next generation of intelligent, automated CRM solutions. In this role, you will be the technical lead for designing, developing, and deploying AI agents using the Salesforce Agentforce technical framework in a production environment. 
·        You will have a deep understanding of Sales Cloud Lightning, and work with cutting-edge integration technologies (Data Cloud/MuleSoft/Snowflake) to create autonomous, data-driven agents that revolutionize how our users engage ith customers. 

Responsibilities
·        Agentforce Implementation: Architect and implement AI-powered agents using Agentforce, Agent Builder, Prompt Builder, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
·        Production Deployment: Take ownership of deploying intelligent agents into production, managing real-world constraints such as token budgets, inference latency, and trust layer security.
·        Sales Cloud Optimization: Enhance Sales Cloud Lightning implementations, optimizing sales pipelines, and automating complex business processes through advanced Apex, Flows, and LWC.
