Senior Salesforce Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Lead Salesforce implementation, customization, integration, and migration projects.
• Define technical architecture, best practices, and governance standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and project teams to deliver enterprise solutions.
• Design integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using APIs and middleware.
• Ensure application scalability, security, performance, and data integrity.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code review support to development teams.
• Drive solution optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in architecture reviews, estimations, and technical planning.
• Support DevOps and CI/CD processes for Salesforce deployments.

Salesforce Expertise

• Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
• Salesforce Lightning Experience and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Apex, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL
• Salesforce Data Model and Security Architecture
• Salesforce Integration Architecture

Integration & Middleware

• REST/SOAP APIs
• MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or other integration platforms
• Event-driven integrations and platform events

Architecture & Design

• Enterprise solution architecture
• Multi-org strategy and governance
• Data migration and system integration
• Scalability and performance optimization

DevOps & Tools

• Salesforce DX
• CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps
• Version control systems like Git

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
