Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead Salesforce administration and solution design across multiple projects
Build and optimize Flows, workflows, and automation
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into scalable solutions
Support data modeling (e.g., students, courses, enrollments, completions)
Oversee junior team members and provide guidance/training
Manage integrations (AWS and other platforms)
Drive user adoption, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements
Required Skills
Strong experience as a Senior Salesforce Administrator
Expertise in Service Cloud + Flow Builder (Flows)
Experience in customer-facing / stakeholder-driven environments
Ability to lead, mentor, and train users/teams
Hands-on with data modeling, automation, and integrations (API/AWS)
Nice to Have
Salesforce certifications (Admin / Advanced Admin / Platform App Builder)
Experience with Student Information Systems (SIS) or similar platforms
Development background (Apex, Lightning, etc.)
