Senior React Developer

✅ Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
5+ years of hands-on experience with React
Strong skills in TypeScript, ES6+, HTML, CSS/Sass
Experience with Redux / Redux Toolkit and state management patterns
Familiarity with UI libraries (Material UI, Ant Design, or custom design systems)
Experience with testing tools (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)
Strong understanding of REST/GraphQL APIs
Knowledge of accessibility (a11y) and cross-browser compatibility
Experience with Webpack, Vite, Babel, and CI/CD pipelines
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

⭐ Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Next.js or React Server Components
Advanced state management and performance optimization techniques
Knowledge of design systems, theming, and design tokens
Exposure to UX research, A/B testing, and experimentation tools
Familiarity with caching strategies, offline capabilities, and accessibility testing tools
