Senior React Developer

💼 Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain scalable, high-quality React applications
Implement robust state management using Redux / Redux Toolkit (NgRx-like patterns)
Build reusable components, hooks, and UI libraries
Collaborate with UI/UX designers for pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces
Optimize performance (lazy loading, code splitting, memoization, virtualization)
Write unit and integration tests (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)
Integrate RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs
Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and design decisions
Mentor junior developers and promote best practices
Ensure code quality using TypeScript, linting, and CI/CD pipelines

✅ Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
5+ years of hands-on experience with React
Strong skills in TypeScript, ES6+, HTML, CSS/Sass
Experience with Redux / Redux Toolkit and state management patterns
Familiarity with UI libraries (Material UI, Ant Design, or custom design systems)
Experience with testing tools (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)
Strong understanding of REST/GraphQL APIs
Knowledge of accessibility (a11y) and cross-browser compatibility
Experience with Webpack, Vite, Babel, and CI/CD pipelines
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
