Job Description
- 10+ years of relevant hands-on QA experience (training period excluded)
- Minimum 5 years of onsite client experience in similar technology and domain
- The ideal candidate will lead testing efforts across the full QA lifecycle, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Functional Testing, Automation Testing, and Performance Testing.
- Experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, Cypress, etc.)
- Experience with performance tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
