Senior QA Engineer / QA Lead / Quality Engineering Lead

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Expertise

• 10+ years of QA/Testing experience with a strong automation background.
• Proficiency in at least two programming languages: Java / Python / JavaScript.
• Deep understanding of:
  • SDLC, STLC, Agile, DevOps practices
  • Test architecture and framework design
  • Continuous testing and shift-left methodologies
• Strong experience in:
  • UI automation
  • API automation
  • Backend and database testing
  • CI/CD tools
  • Version control (Git)
  • Performance Testing (JMeter)

Leadership & Communication

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (PMs, Developers, Architects).
• Ability to lead distributed QA teams and manage large-scale enterprise projects.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with cloud technologies: AWS / Azure / GCP.
• Knowledge of container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of AI/ML testing concepts.
• Exposure to robotics process automation (RPA) tools.
• Experience implementing test coverage and code quality tools (SonarQube, Allure Reports).
