Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Systems Analyst / Senior QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Selenium-based test automation and a deep understanding of software testing principles. This role involves analyzing business requirements, identifying system improvements, and delivering high-quality automated testing solutions to support reliable and scalable software systems.
The ideal candidate will design and develop robust automation frameworks, execute functional and API testing, and ensure seamless integration of test suites within CI/CD pipelines. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to define test strategies, create detailed test cases, and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
This position requires strong problem-solving skills, hands-on experience with automation tools (Selenium, TestNG/JUnit), programming knowledge (Java preferred), and the ability to independently own testing efforts for complex features or modules. Experience with cloud platforms, microservices, and modern DevOps practices is a plus.
