📍 Position: QA Tester 
📍 Location: Salem, OR (100% Remote)
📅 Experience: 10+ Years

✅ Visa: USC, GC EAD, H4 EAD Only
⚠️ H4 EAD & GC EAD candidates must provide Passport Number

Key Requirements:
✔ Strong UAT, QA, and Software Testing experience
✔ Expertise in SDLC, Agile/Scrum, Jira, and Azure DevOps
✔ Hands-on experience with Manual & Automation Testing
✔ API & Web Services Testing
✔ Selenium/TestNG or similar automation tools
✔ Regression, Integration, Accessibility (WCAG), Performance & Security Testing
✔ Traceability Matrix (RTM), Test Planning, Test Strategy, and Defect Management
✔ Strong understanding of OOPS Concepts
✔ Experience testing Java, Mobile-PWA, and Salesforce applications
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
✔ Experience in Government/Public Sector or regulated environments is highly preferred

Responsibilities:
🔹 Design and execute UAT, functional, regression, and integration testing
🔹 Develop test plans, test cases, and test scenarios
🔹 Manage defects, perform root cause analysis, and validate fixes
🔹 Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, SMEs, and Project Teams
🔹 Support release readiness, test metrics reporting, and process improvements
🔹 Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure quality deliverables
