Senior QA Analyst

🔍 Key Responsibilities:
Perform functional, regression, negative, usability, and security testing
Develop detailed test plans, UAT processes, and test cases
Translate business requirements and policy documentation into executable test scenarios
Identify defects, analyze root causes, and collaborate with development teams
Publish QA status reports and communicate gaps/issues effectively
Adhere to established SDLC governance standards (Waterfall & Agile)
Conduct reviews, walkthroughs, and quality inspections
✅ Required Skills:
3+ years translating business requirements into test cases/scenarios
3+ years building and executing test cases in test environments
Strong documentation and reporting skills
Ability to communicate defects and testing outcomes clearly to development teams
⭐ Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years experience in large enterprise or e-business systems
Deep knowledge of Healthcare operations (preferably Medicaid)
Proficiency in Atlassian tools (JIRA & Confluence)
Experience in both Waterfall and Agile delivery environments
