Senior QA Analyst

n. This role will play a strategic and hands-on part in ensuring high-quality software delivery across projects. Required Skills 7+ years of overall IT experience 5+ years of experience in manual and automation testing Strong hands-on experience with Katalon (Must Have) Solid understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies Experience working with cross-functional teams (developers, PMs, BAs, DBAs) Nice to Have Experience with Roadrunner Background in logistics or related domain Key Responsibilities Design and implement manual and automated test strategies, plans, and test cases Perform functional, system, regression, integration, usability, and performance testing Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Track, document, and communicate defects and test results Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and improve quality Lead test execution, monitor progress, and manage defect resolution Develop and maintain test frameworks and QA processes Conduct risk assessments and recommend quality improvements Oversee end-to-end testing lifecycle for multiple projects Mentor and guide QA team members Drive adoption of QA best practices, tools, and standards Technical Skills Test Automation Tools: Katalon, UFT, LoadRunner Test Management Tools: ALM or similar Knowledge of CI/CD and Test-Driven Development (TDD) Strong understanding of traceability matrices and test data management
