Job Title:      Senior Project Manager

Location:      San Diego, CA (Onsite)

Duration:      6 – 12 months

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline; significant experience in project or program management within aerospace, manufacturing, industrial, or other complex technical environments;
• proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in dynamic settings;
• strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills;
• understanding of engineering-to-manufacturing workflows and regulated operations.
• Aerospace industry experience; PMP or equivalent project management certification; experience supporting customer-facing programs, production ramp-up, or operational transformation initiatives.
