Senior Node.Js Developer

Key Responsibilities:
Architect and lead development of scalable REST APIs and microservices using Node.js.
Own technical design, coding standards, and performance benchmarks.
Mentor junior/mid-level developers and lead code reviews.
Collaborate with product owners and DevOps to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Drive improvements in system reliability, security, and observability.

Required Qualifications:
8+ years of software development experience with strong Node.js expertise.
Expert JavaScript/TypeScript skills.
Strong knowledge of REST APIs and microservices architecture.
Deep experience with Express.js and/or NestJS.
Proficient in MongoDB and/or PostgreSQL; MySQL and Redis a plus.
Hands-on cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Solid understanding of API security, performance tuning, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
Prior tech lead or solution architect experience.
Exposure to React or Angular is a plus.
