Senior Noc / Oss Application Support Engineer

Hiring: Senior NOC / OSS Application Support Engineer (Linux Focused) 
We are looking for an experienced Operations Support / NOC Engineer to join a 24x7 enterprise environment supporting critical network and OSS applications.

🔎 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 5+ years in Application / Production Support
✔️ Strong experience with RedHat Linux (configuration, tuning, troubleshooting)
✔️ Experience responding to alarms, monitoring systems & handling escalations
✔️ Ability to execute & troubleshoot shell/perl scripts
✔️ Experience with enterprise applications & OSS systems
✔️ Strong written and verbal communication skills
✔️ Comfortable working in a 24x7 on-call environment

⭐ Preferred:
• 4–6 years Email / Messaging system support (Tier 2 or higher)
• Experience with distributed systems & storage
• Familiarity with VMware, NetApp, Cisco UCS
• Exposure to anti-spam practices & messaging platforms
This role requires strong ownership mindset, problem-solving ability, and someone who can drive issue resolution confidently.
