5–10+ years in enterprise networking
Strong experience in Cisco Meraki
Hands-on expertise in Azure networking & hybrid connectivity
Solid L3/L4 support experience (routing, switching, troubleshooting)
Experience designing and supporting hybrid network architectures
Ability to assess network health and create remediation plans/runbooks
