Minimum Candidate Characteristics:  10+ years delivering Microsoft-based web applications across the full SDLC with hands-on design and implementation experience. 10+ years of .NET development experience, including Entity Framework, database design, design patterns, and SQL Server stored procedure development. 5+ years of Blazor Web Application experience and 5+ years working with Git workflows and DevOps practices such as CI/CD and automation.
