Hiring: Senior Natural/ADABAS Developer (Onsite – Jackson, MS)
We are looking for a Senior Natural/ADABAS Developer to join our team for a 12+ month contract role in Jackson, MS (Onsite).

🔧 Role Overview
You will be working on a statewide Child Support System, contributing to its support, enhancement, and modernization. The role involves integrating legacy systems with newer technologies and automating existing processes.
💡 Key Skills Required
✔️ 10+ years of experience in Natural & ADABAS
✔️ Strong experience with batch (JCL/SCL) and online processing
✔️ Experience with large-scale Linux systems
✔️ Background in child support systems (preferred)
✔️ Expertise in system architecture & complex development projects
✔️ Knowledge of state/federal mandates (METSS or similar systems)
⭐ Nice to Have
Experience with Agile/SCRUM
Familiarity with Jira Software
Strong communication & problem-solving skills
Experience modernizing legacy systems
