Role: Senior / Lead PHP Developer

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance PHP applications
✔️ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical specs
✔️ Lead development efforts using PHP 8.x frameworks (Laravel 10.x, CodeIgniter 4.x)
✔️ Conduct code reviews and guide teams on best practices & design patterns
✔️ Define and maintain coding standards, documentation & architecture guidelines
✔️ Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal functionality
✔️ Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements
✔️ Mentor and train development teams
✔️ Ensure compliance with security standards and data protection regulations
🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications:
🔹 10+ years of PHP development experience, including 3+ years in an architectural role
🔹 Expertise in Laravel, CodeIgniter, and front-end tech (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery)
🔹 Strong knowledge of MySQL, RESTful APIs, and backend architecture
🔹 Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes
🔹 Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills
🔹 Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
🔹 Preferred Qualifications:
🔹 Experience with Agile/Scrum
🔹 Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
🔹 Knowledge of microservices architecture
