Senior / Lead Oracle OLFM Functional Consultant

Role Summary :
Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle EBS OLFM (Oracle Lease & Finance Management) solutions for leasing operations. Responsible for solution design, configuration, integrations, testing, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities :
Lead OLFM solution design: Contract Authoring, Pricing/Streams, Billing, Disbursements, Terminations, Renewals, Investor Funding.
Configure financial products, stream templates, billing rules, SLA accounting.
Drive workshops, gather requirements, and produce functional design documents.
Manage integrations with AR, AP, GL (SLA), and Fixed Assets.
Oversee SIT/UAT, accounting validation, deployment, and hypercare.
Guide junior consultants and advise Finance/Operations teams.

Required Experience :
8–12+ years Oracle EBS; 5+ years hands-on OLFM.
2+ full-cycle implementations as Functional Lead.
Strong knowledge of Operating/Finance Leases, Loans, streams (rent, residual, principal, interest).
Experience in contract life-to-date reconstruction and financial tie-outs (Contract → AR → SLA/GL → FA).
Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills.

Nice to Have :
Securitization/syndication experience.
IFRS/GAAP lessor accounting.
Exposure to Credit Management, EBTax, OM, Inventory.
