Senior JIRA Support Engineer / JIRA Administrator

 Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Jira Cloud environments
• Configure workflows, schemes, permissions, and screens
• Implement automation using Automation for Jira / ScriptRunner
• Support Confluence integration and collaboration tools
• Troubleshoot issues and provide end-user support
• Translate business processes into effective Jira workflows

Required Skills

5+ years of hands-on Jira administration experience
Strong expertise in Jira configuration and governance
Experience with Jira automation tools
Knowledge of scripting (Groovy, JavaScript, or Python) is a plus
Confluence administration experience preferred
Excellent analytical and communication skills
