Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Full Stack Developer to join one of our prestigious clients, a global leader in Insurance Broking and Risk Management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications using modern Java technologies and front-end frameworks. This role requires strong expertise in cloud-native development, microservices architecture, and Agile delivery.

Required Experience

  • 14+ years of experience in Java Full Stack Development

Responsibilities

  • Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews.
  • Optimize application performance and ensure code quality.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native deployment strategies.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide long-term solutions.
  • Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the Insurance, Financial Services, or Risk Management domain.
  • Knowledge of event-driven architecture.
  • Experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift deployments.
  • Familiarity with Terraform or Infrastructure as Code.
  • Exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot is a plus.

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
