Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Full Stack Developer to join one of our prestigious clients, a global leader in Insurance Broking and Risk Management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications using modern Java technologies and front-end frameworks. This role requires strong expertise in cloud-native development, microservices architecture, and Agile delivery.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
- Build secure, high-performance REST APIs and microservices.
- Develop responsive user interfaces using React or Angular.

- Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews.
- Optimize application performance and ensure code quality.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native deployment strategies.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide long-term solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Insurance, Financial Services, or Risk Management domain.
- Knowledge of event-driven architecture.
- Experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift deployments.
- Familiarity with Terraform or Infrastructure as Code.
- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot is a plus.
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
