Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Enterprise Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java enterprise architecture, microservices, and cloud-native application design, along with strong leadership in guiding development teams and defining technology strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement enterprise-level architecture for large-scale Java applications.
• Lead architecture decisions for microservices-based and distributed systems.
• Define technical standards, architecture patterns, and best practices across development teams.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering leaders to translate business requirements into scalable architecture solutions.
• Guide teams in Java, Spring Boot, and cloud-native development.
• Oversee system integration, performance optimization, and security architecture.
• Mentor development teams and ensure high-quality code, scalability, and reliability.

Required Skills:

• 15+ years of IT experience with strong background in Java enterprise development
• Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture
• Strong experience in enterprise architecture and system design
• Experience with RESTful APIs, distributed systems, and integration patterns
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
