Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Java Developer with strong e-Trading domain expertise to build and support high-performance trading platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in low-latency systems, real-time data processing, and financial markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-performance trading applications
• Build and maintain low-latency, high-throughput systems
• Develop real-time data processing and messaging solutions
• Collaborate with traders, quants, and business stakeholders
• Optimize systems for speed, scalability, and reliability
• Participate in system design, code reviews, and architecture discussions
• Troubleshoot production issues in mission-critical environments

Required Skills

• 14+ years of experience in Java development
• Strong expertise in Core Java, Multithreading, Collections, Concurrency
• Experience in e-Trading platforms (Equities, FX, Fixed Income, or Derivatives)
• Hands-on experience with low-latency systems
• Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, MQ, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments
