Looking for a seasoned Senior IT Asset Management (ITAM) Program Manager to lead enterprise-wide ITAM strategy for a global organization. If you have strong expertise in ServiceNow SAM Pro & HAM Pro and a proven track record in building ITAM programs—this is a great opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute enterprise ITAM strategy and roadmap
Oversee full lifecycle of hardware & software assets
Drive compliance, governance, and cost optimization initiatives
Implement and optimize ServiceNow SAM Pro & HAM Pro modules
Manage vendor relationships (Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, Adobe, etc.)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Procurement, IT Ops)
Deliver reporting & dashboards using ServiceNow/Tableau
Required Skills:
Strong experience in ITAM, SAM, and HAM
Expertise in ServiceNow (SAM Pro, HAM Pro, CMDB)
Experience with integrations (SCCM, Intune, Jamf)
Strong stakeholder management & leadership skills
Ideal Candidate:
Someone who has built or matured ITAM programs in large enterprise environments and can drive strategic initiatives end-to-end.
