Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior iOS Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of high-quality iOS applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in iOS development, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of building scalable, user-centric mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end development of iOS applications
• Architect scalable, maintainable, and high-performance mobile solutions
• Mentor and guide a team of iOS developers
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams
• Ensure code quality through reviews, best practices, and standards
• Drive adoption of modern iOS technologies and frameworks
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize app performance
• Oversee app deployment, release cycles, and App Store submissions

Required Skills & Experience:

• 12+ years of overall IT experience
• 7+ years of hands-on iOS development experience
• Strong expertise in Swift and iOS frameworks (UIKit, SwiftUI)
• Experience with Xcode, iOS SDK, and Apple development ecosystem
• Solid understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, VIPER)
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party libraries
• Strong debugging, performance tuning, and optimization skills
• Experience with version control systems (Git)
