Job Role:      Senior IBM FileNet Developer

Location:     Atlanta-GA (Hybrid)

Mode:            Contract / Fulltime

The Senior IBM FileNet Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing workflow‑driven content management and business process automation solutions using IBM FileNet P8, IBM BPM/BAW, and Kwik Work Business Process Framework (BPF).

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

• Strong experience in IBM FileNet P8 development
• Hands‑on experience with:
  • IBM BPM / IBM BAW Tools
    • Process Designer
    • Process Tracker
    • Process Administration
• IBM Case Manager experience
• Java development experience
• Familiarity with WebSphere Application Server / WebSphere Portal
• Experience with vwTool and ACCE

Functional & Analytical Skills

• Strong understanding of BPM concepts and workflow design
• Ability to analyze business processes and propose automation improvements
• Experience working in agile development environments
