Senior Hogan Id

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Perform coding, testing, debugging, and implementation of Hogan IDS solutions
• Work closely with business stakeholders, QA teams, and other developers
• Support system integration between Hogan and other banking systems
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions
• Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and migrations
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal security standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 7–12+ years of experience in Hogan Banking System development
• Strong expertise in Hogan IDS modules
• Proficiency in COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS
• Experience working on IBM Mainframe systems
• Solid understanding of banking domain (Deposits, Customer Information, Accounts)
• Experience with SDLC methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with other Hogan modules (e.g., CIS, IMS)
• Exposure to API integration and modern banking interfaces
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks in US banking
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
