Job Summary:
Senior Full Stack Developer role supporting the development of the Pennsylvania Unified Crash System for PennDOT. The position focuses on designing, building, and maintaining scalable web applications using Angular (v14+), Java, and Spring Boot within a microservices architecture. Responsibilities include developing RESTful APIs, integrating GIS and spatial data using Esri ArcGIS technologies, and working with PostgreSQL/PostGIS databases.
The role also involves deploying and managing applications in an Azure cloud environment using tools like Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure DevOps, Docker, and Azure API Management. Developers collaborate with technical leads and architects to deliver high-quality, accessible digital solutions that comply with WCAG 2.1 AA, ADA, and Section 508 standards.
Additional responsibilities include implementing geospatial services, managing ArcGIS platforms, ensuring responsive/mobile-first UI design, and contributing to CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and secure, user-centric application development.
