Resource will document their process and findings to be used to train a 3rd party resource. Contractor when work is complete will train replacement resource.

The resource needs to be strong with reconciliations and be able to develop a process and work with an external provider of travel insurance as well as internal business units to research and reconcile discrepancies.

Need a self-driven, limited direction to reconcile, identify and resolve outstanding reconciling items, work and communicate with business partners and 3rd party vendor on results of reconciliation/findings.
