Senior Engineer

7–12 years in HVAC controls / industrial automation
Hands-on PLC programming (Siemens / Allen-Bradley / Schneider)
Strong experience with motor controls & drives (VFDs, EC motors, etc.)
Solid understanding of HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, pumps, compressors)
Experience with BACnet / Modbus / industrial communication protocols

Develop & troubleshoot PLC-based control systems
Design motor control strategies & optimize performance
Work on end-to-end engineering: design → testing → commissioning
Collaborate with cross-functional teams & mentor junior engineers
