Senior Engineer

-Ensure 100% adherence to all statutory and legal norms.
-Maintain compliance with labor laws, factory acts, and other regulatory requirements.
-Foster a harmonious and congenial workforce environment.
-Handle employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
-Implement and monitor all HR policies effectively.
-Ensure zero non-compliance (NC) in statutory, legal, and internal audits.
-Oversee plant administration, including facilities management, security, and housekeeping.
-Effectively manage the Vendor and  internal and external stakeholders
-Prepare and maintain monthly HRMIS reports and ensure accurate data management, for further analytics and decision making.
-Annual Budgeting and adherence through out the year
