Senior Database Developer

I’m currently looking for a Senior Database Developer for a long-term contract opportunity in Montvale, NJ (hybrid—2 days onsite). If you have strong experience with Azure SQL, SQL Server, and T-SQL development, this could be a great opportunity to work on cloud-native applications deployed on Microsoft Azure.

🔹 Key Skills Required:
• Strong experience with SQL Server / Azure SQL
• Advanced T-SQL development (stored procedures, indexing, query optimization)
• Experience with Azure-hosted databases and cloud architectures
• Hands-on experience with PowerShell for database deployment & automation
• Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines and GitHub
• Strong knowledge of database design and data modeling
• Experience supporting .NET / C# backend applications

⭐ Nice to Have:
• Infrastructure as Code (Bicep, ARM, Terraform)
• Azure database performance monitoring & tuning
• Knowledge of security, auditing, and compliance
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
