We are actively looking for an experienced Data Analyst with 8–10 years of experience in healthcare data interoperability, data warehousing, and backend data analysis.

• SQL
• XML / JSON
• Erwin Data Modeler
• Ab Initio
• HL7 v2/v3 and FHIR
• Data Warehousing / ETL
• Data Profiling & Data Quality
• Data Governance & Data Lineage
• Postgres / DB2
• Healthcare domain (EHR, HEDIS, BCBS preferred)

🔹 Responsibilities:
• Analyze and transform healthcare data using HL7 and FHIR
• Map HL7 data to FHIR resources
• Support healthcare data repositories and API data exchange initiatives
• Perform advanced SQL analysis in data warehouse environments
• Work with Ab Initio for ETL/data integration
• Create S2T mappings, RTMs, FRS, and data models using erwin Data Modeler
• Collaborate with business and technical teams on requirements and implementation

🎯 Ideal Candidate:
✔ HL7 Certified (Required)
✔ Strong FHIR Interoperability Experience
