Senior Controls Engineer

Must-Have:

• Allen Bradley PLC/HMI experience
• Fanuc Robot experience

JOB DESCRIPTION

This position is for a controls engineer on a team during the development and build of a final assembly cell. The machine consists of AB PLC/HMI, pneumatics, servo gantry and dispense equipment, Keyence vision, IR heater control, Fanuc robots, pallet and tray conveyors. The scope of work is for offline programming, debug, and installation at the customer facility in Walker, Michigan.

Work Hours:

• Standard hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Expect 45–50 hours/week to start, ramping up to ~60 hours/week during install

Must-Have:

• Allen Bradley PLC/HMI experience
• Fanuc Robot experience
• This is a hands-on role. The ideal candidate should be comfortable navigating PLCs and robotic arms and be self-sufficient while taking direction from a project lead
• 3-5 years of expereience
