Senior Cad / Plm Specialist

• Integrate CAD tools with PLM, ERP, and other enterprise systems
• Provide technical support and training to users on CAD/PLM tools
• Develop and enforce standards, processes, and best practices
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and IT teams
• Troubleshoot system issues and implement performance improvements
• Lead system upgrades, migrations, and new implementations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5–8+ years of experience in CAD/PLM administration or engineering systems support
• Strong experience with CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, Creo)
• Hands-on experience with PLM systems (e.g., Teamcenter, Windchill, ENOVIA)
• Understanding of product lifecycle processes and engineering change management
• Experience managing BOMs and engineering documentation
• Knowledge of database systems and data management concepts
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with PLM customization and scripting (Java, C#, or Python)
• Familiarity with ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle)
• Knowledge of cloud-based PLM platforms
• Experience with Agile or DevOps practices in engineering environments
• PLM or CAD certifications
