Senior Cad / Plm Specialist

• Support CAD data migration, release management, and version control
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and IT teams to optimize processes
• Troubleshoot CAD/PLM system issues and provide end-user support
• Develop standards, best practices, and training documentation
• Ensure data integrity, compliance, and system performance
• Support system upgrades, implementations, and integrations with ERP/MES platforms
• Participate in process improvement and digital transformation initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Mechanical Design, or related field
• 5+ years of experience supporting CAD and PLM environments
• Strong knowledge of CAD tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, Creo, or NX
• Experience with PLM systems such as Teamcenter, Windchill, ENOVIA, or Agile PLM
• Understanding of engineering change management and product development lifecycle
• Experience with BOM management and configuration control
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating PLM systems with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
• Knowledge of scripting or automation tools
• Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, or industrial domains
• PLM/CAD certifications are a plus
