Senior Business Process Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Process Consultant with strong ServiceNow expertise to drive service management transformation initiatives.
🔹 Key Requirements:
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and release cadence
• 5–7 years of experience in process consulting, business analysis, or service management transformation
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow implementations with solid knowledge of OOTB process models
• ITIL v4 certification (Managing Professional / Strategist preferred)
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments working with Product Owners and delivery teams
• Proficiency in process modeling tools (BPMN, Visio, Miro, Lucid)
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills
🔹 Nice to Have:
• ServiceNow micro-certifications (IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, Performance Analytics)
• Associate Business Process Owner experience
• Cloud/Enterprise Architecture certifications (AWS, Azure, TOGAF, IT4IT)
