🚀 Hiring: Senior Business Analyst (10+ Years Experience)
📍 Location: Oakland, CA (Hybrid – Tue & Wed onsite)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong blend of business and technical expertise to support a cloud-based data platform in the finance domain.
🔹 Key Skills & Experience:
• 10+ years as Business/System Analyst (data-focused environments)
• Strong experience with AWS (Glue, Lambda, S3, QuickSight)
• Expertise in SQL & Python for data analysis
• Experience with data integration, ETL/ELT, and data warehousing/lake
• Background in financial systems (budgeting, payroll, HR data)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, JIRA, Confluence
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Support data lake & integration architecture on AWS
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, HR, and IT
• Perform data analysis, mapping, and quality validation
• Lead UAT, documentation, and reporting requirements
🔹 Nice to Have:
• Experience in higher education or complex enterprise environments
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
