Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for 14 years experienced highly skilled Business Analyst.
7-10+ years in Investment Banking or Management Consulting, with at least 4 years focused specifically on Banking Customer Analytics or Master Data Strategy.
Experience in writing functional requirements for a global C360 platform, ensuring it captures the complexity of institutional client hierarchies (parent/child/subsidiary relationships) with deep understanding of Investment Banking products (OTC Derivatives, Prime Brokerage, Syndicate, etc.).
Experience in Design and oversee the implementation of advanced analytics, including Propensity to Churn, Next Best Action (NBA), and Customer Tiering models.
Proven experience with Customer Master Data Management (MDM) and building unified customer profiles with match and merge engineering logics.
Familiarity with SQL and the ability to interpret Python/R model outputs for business stakeholders.
