🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs
• Gather and document business and technical requirements
• Perform business process mapping and reengineering
• Conduct risk analysis, cost/benefit analysis, and ROI evaluations
• Support application modernization and enhancement initiatives
• Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders
• Provide oversight of documentation and delivery of application enhancements
• Support initiatives across Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES)
🔹 Required Skills:
✔ 8+ years of Business Analysis experience
✔ Strong expertise in business systems analysis and requirements gathering
✔ Experience with business process reengineering and system improvements
✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
🔹 Preferred Skills:
⭐ Experience working in an Agile / SAFe environment
