Senior AWS React Lead

Job Description 

Develop and maintain high performance responsive web applications using React Architect reusable and scalable React components following industry best practices Collaborate closely with backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs ensuring seamless data flow Utilize AWS cloud services such as Lambda API Gateway S3 and RDS for deployment and management of applications Optimize application performance scalability and cross browser compatibility Implement and maintain CICD pipelines using tools like Jenkins GitLab or similar Follow Agile methodologies and actively participate in sprint planning grooming and retrospectives Ensure code quality through comprehensive code reviews and adherence to coding standards Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.

Roles and Responsibilities 

Lead frontend development initiatives using React within the REACTNODEAWS ecosystem Design and implement scalable frontend architectures aligned with business and technical requirements Collaborate with UXUI designers and backend developers to deliver seamless and user friendly applications Conduct code reviews and enforce clean coding practices Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance within the team Drive adoption of best practices in testing deployment and cloud native development Engage with cross functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver production ready solutions Manage and optimize CICD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery Foster a collaborative and knowledge sharing environment within the team.
