Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Senior Automation Tester with strong experience in automation frameworks, Java-based testing, and insurance domain knowledge. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Callidus testing and be capable of designing, developing, and maintaining automated test solutions in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Required Skills:

Primary Skills:

Hands-on experience with Callidus (mandatory)

Strong coding skills in Java

Experience with Selenium for automation testing

Strong knowledge of Database Testing with good SQL skills

Secondary Skills:

Experience with BDD (Behavior-Driven Development)

Knowledge of API Testing and Performance Testing

Strong understanding of Functional Test Design

Experience working in the Insurance domain

Technical Expertise:

Experience with automation frameworks and reporting tools

Ability to write, execute, monitor, and maintain automated test suites

Knowledge of CI/CD tools and Agile methodologies

Strong understanding of OOPs and JDBC concepts

Experience with databases like MySQL and Oracle

Familiarity with version control tools such as Git and Subversion

Additional Skills:

Experience with SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture)

Knowledge of Web Services (RESTful & SOAP)

Experience with build tools like Maven or ANT

SAP HANA knowledge is a plus

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment
