Position: Senior Architect-SAP-S/4HANA

Location: Exton, PA onsite 3 days a week.

Job Description: 
A Senior Solution Architect in SAP Production Planning works with production teams to design, implement, and support SAP S/4HANA solutions. They handle configuration of key areas like MRP, BOM, routings, and production orders, while ensuring smooth integration with other systems. They also manage the full project lifecycle—from requirements to go-live—and focus on improving manufacturing processes and overall efficiency

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

* Work with Production, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to understand needs and translate them into SAP S/4HANA (PP) solutions. 

* Gather, define, and validate requirements, and recommend best-fit system solutions. 

* Apply strong SAP PP knowledge with integration across QM, MM, EWM, and MES/shop floor systems. 

* Design, configure, test, and deliver scalable technical solutions aligned with company standards. 

* Lead projects, manage teams, ensure system integration, and handle complex issue resolution, support, compliance, documentation, and continuous improvement in a global environment. 

* Travel locally as required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 

* Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Production Planning & Execution, including MRP, BOMs, routings, work centers, production orders, and capacity planning. 

* Good knowledge of QM and EWM (inspection, quality issues, warehouse processes) and how they support production. 

* Strong understanding of integration between PP and other modules like MM, QM, and EWM. 

* Experience in SAP configuration (IMG), enhancements, testing (SIT/UAT), system integration, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks.

Education: 
*    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field or equivalent experience 

Work Experience: 
* At least 8 years of overall work experience is required. 

* At least 5 years of relevant/similar experience in this field is required. 

* Certifications like Agile Certification, Scrum Certification, or ITIL are good to have, but not mandatory
