Position: Sr. Applications Support Lead

Location: Hybrid in (MI, IL, KY, IN, OH)

 Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Sr. Applications Support Lead to manage end-to-end delivery and support of data engineering solutions 

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead delivery from requirements to production support
* Manage sprints, releases, and deployment schedules
* Act as main point of contact for project updates, risks, and issues
* Monitor production systems and handle incidents
* Ensure performance, availability, and SLA targets are met
* Work closely with DevOps & Cloud teams
* Coordinate with stakeholders and manage priorities

* Ensure data security, governance, documentation, and cost optimization across solutions.

Skills

• 12+ years in Data Engineering (Azure environment)
• Strong experience with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse, Cosmos DB
• Good programming skills: SQL, Python, Scala, Spark
• Experience with Kubernetes, Microservices, Azure Functions
• Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices
• Strong communication and leadership skills 

Nice to Have:

* ITIL or service management knowledge
* Experience in production support / on-call environments
