Senior Analytics Manager

🔍 What You’ll Do
✔Lead analytics across Market Access, identifying payer trends and performance insights
✔Leverage datasets like IQVIA, Symphony, MMIT, and patient claims to guide strategy
✔Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Field Access teams to improve patient outcomes
✔Monitor formulary shifts and evaluate their commercial impact

🎯 What You Bring
🔹8+ years' experience in pharma analytics (Bachelor’s), or 6+ years (Master’s)
🔹Hands-on expertise with Python, SQL, SAS, Tableau, Excel, and PowerBI
🔹Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical data, access strategy, and payer dynamics
🔹Strong interpersonal skills, project management, and business acume
