We are looking for a Senior AI Workflow Engineer with strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and AI-driven automation platforms (Gradial AI or similar) to join our team.

🔹 Key Highlights of the Role:
Design and develop AI-powered workflow agents to automate AEM content and publishing processes
Integrate AEM (Cloud & On-Prem) with AI platforms and enterprise systems
Enable AI-driven content migration, asset transformation, and template mapping
Build governance frameworks ensuring SEO, accessibility, and brand compliance
Drive automation across content lifecycle and digital asset management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and integrate tools like Jira/Workfront

🔹 Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with AEM (Cloud preferred)
Experience with AI workflow automation tools (Gradial AI or similar)
Expertise in APIs, microservices, and automation frameworks
Knowledge of DAM, SEO, and WCAG accessibility standards
Familiarity with tools like Figma and modern content workflows
