Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior AI Engineer with 12+ years of experience to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and scalable AI systems, with the ability to lead complex projects and drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end AI/ML solutions for enterprise applications
• Build, train, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models
• Work with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets
• Develop and optimize NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI models
• Collaborate with data engineers, product teams, and stakeholders
• Implement scalable AI pipelines using cloud platforms
• Ensure model performance, accuracy, and reliability
• Lead architecture decisions and mentor junior engineers
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or Data Science
• Strong programming skills in Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
• Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling
• Experience with NLP, LLMs, or Computer Vision
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design
• Experience building and deploying production-grade AI systems
• Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, etc.)
