Senior AI Engineer

Role Summary
We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer contractor to support ongoing AI/ML initiatives within the ADL program. The role requires strong hands-on experience in building, deploying, and supporting AI/ML solutions in a production environment.
 
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML Agents/solution for real-world business use cases
Work closely with AI Engrs,data scientists and platform teams to operationalize models
Build and maintain AI pipelines and model inference workflows
Perform LLM/LRM/VLM model evaluation, tuning, and performance monitoring
Contribute to documentation, best practices, and code reviews
Support ongoing initiatives such as data , model experimentation, and integration with enterprise platforms
Required Skills & Experience
3–4 years of strong hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering roles
Proficiency in Python and common ML libraries (e.g., Langchain,LangGrpah,LamaIndex
Experience deploying models into production environments
Good understanding of data and ML pipelines
Experience working with cloud platforms and ML services (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Good to Have
Experience with MLOps practices (CI/CD, model monitoring, versioning)
Exposure to NLP, synthetic data
